Asbestos and Lead Abatement Management Services

ESI has Cal-OSHA certified asbestos consultants and site surveillance technicians as well as EPA/AHERA-certified inspectors, management planners, and project designers who can perform a variety of asbestos-related services. In addition, ESI professionals are interim-certified by the State of California Department of Health Services (DHS) for lead-related construction as project designers, project monitors, and inspector/assessors. Asbestos and lead surveys for real estate transactions, indoor air quality monitoring, and abatement management are among our specialties. ESI provides recommendations for corrective actions, regulatory compliance, and abatement supervision; conducts awareness training seminars; and provides staff training.
